异常层次结构

异常处理基于异常层次结构发生，由异常类的继承结构决定。

例如，IOError 和 OSError 都是 EnvironmentError 的子类。捕获 IOError 的代码不会捕获 OSError。然而，捕获 EnvironmentError 的代码将捕获 IOErrors 和 OSErrors。
