派遣信号量
DispatchSemaphore 提供传统计数信号量的有效实现,可用于控制跨多个执行上下文的资源访问。
何时使用信号量的情况可能是,如果你正在进行一些文件读/写,如果多个任务同时尝试从文件读取和写入,则可以提高性能以使每个任务等待轮到所以不要让 I / O 控制器负担过重。
