SVGVectorDrawable 的复合视图为 drawableRight

开发这个复合视图的主要动机是，5.0 以下的设备不支持在 TextView / EditText 中的 drawable 中的 svg。还有一个优点是，我们可以在 EditText 中设置 height 和 width。我将它与我的项目分开并在单独的模块中创建。

模块名称：custom_edit_drawable（前缀的短名称 -c_d_e）

使用“c_d_e_”前缀，以便 app 模块资源不应该错误地覆盖它们。示例：谷歌在支持库中使用 abc 前缀。
